If he's that closely connected to the Traveler then he must be a Guardian. What is he, Hunter, Titan, or Warlock?
-
Woah. He does have a ghost... And he's an exo... Ah he could be a Risen.
-
He is actually a warlock
-
If he's a Warlock he sure as hell wasn't rockin self rez i'll tell you that much 😄

Class dismissed.

Dead.

1 ReplyHe did have a ghost. Remember in his hub space in D1? Best guess is warlock, but he doesn’t do anything battle related.

I don’t know what class he’s in, but his phylum is rodentia.

1 ReplyEdited by spankingCane: 4/11/2018 8:16:29 PMHe read books, wore a dress... why is this even a question. I main Warlock not happy about saying it but he was a warlock.

Sneaky, pompous bastard with zero sense of humour, he's got to be a...Titan. Come on it's obvious!

3 RepliesHe's dead

Edited by Sir Reese30: 4/11/2018 10:07:09 PMHe is not linked to the traveler. "I speak for the traveler, I never said it spoke to me." But he's a warlock.
-
2 RepliesI think he's a Titan
-
5 RepliesWhich weirdos said that he’s not a guardian?? So... I’m guessing that in D1 his ghost was just a remote-controlled drone following him around, then.

Bluetooth ?

7 RepliesThe Speaker is representative of ALL Guardians, so he doesn’t have a specific class. Also, any class can be the Speaker. But if this Speaker were to have been a class, it were most likely to have been Warlock, seeing his intellectual personality.

3 RepliesSupposedly a Warlock, Destiny 1 had a Ghost, but same time, you wonder if he really is, and does nor not have a real ghost. Here is why: He was a fraud, he always came off as "don't trust this dude" religious fanatic charlatan to me in Destiny 1, he had his cult under him, and though the New Monarchy chose to be under him, they wanted to depose him with a "stronger" leader after removing the Consul/Consensus (seriously you bastards going New Monarchy joining them during Faction Rally for pretty color shaders, you have any idea...oh wait folklore...) No one has ever stated that Ghosts could be made to follow a "Guardian" even if they are in the wrong, as they come off...childlike if they don't experience much during hunt for their Guardian (let alone after a period of time passing while with a Guardian). There is also the possibility that Ghosts could accidently resurrect the wrong one, as even Osiris thinks he should not have ever been resurrected by Sagira. And no one has stated Ghosts are not hackable (and since Rasputin did hack our Ghost in that adventure mission...), it is quite possible that Ghost was not the Speaker's actually. In fact a question to ask is, where was "his" ghost during the Red War Campaign, why wouldn't the Cabal and Gary not tease him with it? Use it to keep him alive, but not so much he could fight back? And lets not forget Warlocks can resurrect themselves, supposedly when the light fills them, assuming when the Traveler awoke, even without a Ghost, the body still being there should enable such. IDK, maybe Folklore that they could even do that themselves. Why didn't the Traveler Awakening revive dead ghosts? Who could go then resurrect their Guardians? Seems to be a plot element missing that would explain a revived ghost suddenly being wiped of a hack that made him follow a fake...

I could tell you a straightforward answer ...
