Is a game like tomb raider a subscription service? It was the same price as d2. No it’s not. You play that game, you beat it, you are done with. You buy destiny 2 you

got a game that had a campaign and a raid etc, the same amount of content you get from a basic game. A game like WOW you pay for the expansion content plus a monthly fee on top of that. D2 very much NOT a subscription game. On top of that IB is NOT a basic game mode. It’s a rotating special event. Is it disappointing yes, but would prefer getting kicked during a match? A bug can be found at any time. There is so many scenarios that have to be tested. Some can be found early and some may be later. For all we know it could of happened from the go fast update.

With Destiny you buy a ticket that lets you have access to Bungie servers to play their game. It's an online game, they are providing a constant service which lets you have access to the product you have your ticket too play. Without that service it matters not that you have paid for a game you would not be able to have access to it. Ticket purchase + Bungie service = Space Majik Ticket purchase - Bungie service = No Space Majik Get it? Any way - i'm trying to get you free stuff - or do you disagree with that too? ;)

A game like D2, division, gta online, warframe, overwatch, fortnight and many more are considered services, basically any game which requires an internet connection and you with or against other players. Games like tomb raider, basically any game you can play without an Internet connection is not a service. Just because you don’t pay a subscription upfront doesn’t mean anything.
