How can you continue to supply a service that is broken? The community have paid to play this game (or use this service) can't access what they have paid for.
Normally companies that continue to fail it's customers offer some sort of compensation?
This is just another nail in the Bungie coffin, we all want to believe you can do better that's why we're still here!
Here's a suggestion: Take Destiny 2 offline for a month or two sort your crap out and when it comes back online, issue an update including the next DLC for free - win your player base back.
