Has anyone else noticed how with items such as the dawning exotic ghost shell and 3oC and other items that are supposed to "boost" your rewards don't actually seem to do anything? I have a fireteam medallion active whenever I am playing and I've done about 15 or so public events with the ghost shell that supposedly boosts public event rewards along with the fireteam medallion and still only got a single token and MAYBE a blue drop here and there. Only about 3 or 4 legendary engrams and not a single exotic. So I'm starting to believe that anything in the game that says it "boosts" something is really there as flavor text just to make you believe that you're getting more rewards.

The only thing I noticed with the ghost is power level are a little higher than without it. I don’t think you get more drops with it. I could be wrong but that’s just what I’ve noticed.

6 RepliesFor all we know it doubles the chances from 1% to 2% or something like that. Without actual numbers no one can really argue about it as it might still be really low chances we're talking about so not really noticeable.
