"Claim Reward Engrams to Unlock?
I'm trying to buy some PVP gear from Shaxx but am blocked by "claim reward engrams to unlock" but I'm not getting any reward engrams in Mayhem. The only drops I'm getting are blues and duplicates.

3 RepliesThe game works fine, you're just failing to comprehend how it works. The reward engrams it refers to are the ones Shaxx gives you for turning in tokens. Turn in 40 crucible tokens, you'll get two engrams, and will unlock the ability to buy class items for that character. Two more engrams and you get the next armor piece, and so on. The engrams and drops from playing matches has nothing to do with it. Earn tokens, turn them in. That's it.

It means to turn in tokens until you receive enough engrams. I believe for every two engrams you claim, it will open the next item up to be purchased.
