We've invited many content creators, but we've also made sure to cover bases on things like PvE, Raids, Lore, etc.
• Some of the members who were invited to the Community Summit play Destiny 2 daily, and we're excited to hear their feedback.
• Some of the members who were invited to the Community Summit stopped playing Destiny 2 a while ago - which isn't necessarily a bad thing. We want to know why they stopped playing, and we're excited to hear their feedback.
The future is untold - we'll see how this summit goes, and make plans for the future. I can say, Cozmo and I look at these forums every single day and translate the feedback to the developers in a Bi-weekly Community Report - our main focus is not only to make Destiny 2 for the content creators, but for many types of players that enjoy the game. Whether you be a hyper-competitive Crucible player, a Raid sherpa, a 4-hour-a-week player, or someone who's just here for the story, we're doing our part to collect your thoughts - and get them in front of the people working on the future of Destiny 2.

Man these forums have been pretty rough tbh. I think there’s been plenty of feedback for what needs improving. It’s just acknowledging and making it transparent that you know. We need the community managers visible and fighting (even arguing) with those who have the decision making power at Bungie... Make em struggle a little, belay our frustration

Solid respectable answer and responsible thinking as well. Nice work. Thank you.

Good response, thank you. I'm sticking with destiny and excited for the future

still missing the point. all those content creators dont play destiny anymore. this is where you went wrong with d1 when you asked players who werent invested in destiny what they wanted

Edited by Dryheave_Disco: 4/5/2018 9:33:59 PMI think those who have stopped playing have more valuable feedback then those that still play daily. And besides...most of em still likely play. They just don’t stream or YouTube it.

When are y'all going to realize you can't make a game for the hyper-competitive PvP and the 4-hour a week guys without separating PvP and PvE. Everytime you make it easier for the 4 hour a week guy, you take away any reason that the 20+ hr a week guy has to play the game? You can't please the guys that wanna put "x" amount of hours in, and please the guy putting 4 hrs a week in. I just wish y'all make your minds up, so I can decide to hang around...or realize this franchise isn't for me anymore.

In a word, you just need to make the game more addictive. The game needs to be exciting. You did a really good job balancing Destiny 2. The problem is it just plays a little slow and honestly people don't like pure balance even if they say they. Look back at Destiny 1 and when people were the most excited. From a PVP perspective if you would have taken House of wolves and just had stronger primaries and a better balance between those primaries people would have loved it. From a pve side of things you need lore and you need customization. Peter Dinklage is not working this year on anything special. I would do all you could to get him back for the ghost voice. Bring back that sense of mystery and darkness. Let us feel the hive dripping in darkness. Let us feel the mechanical Madness of the Fallen. Let us see the great armies of the cabal. Make the game addictive and make people want it

Can you give us a list of whom you intend on inviting?

The ones I’ve heard of that have accepted are datto, dr lupo, gothalion, Slayerage, Mercules, true vanguard, some others...there’s a Reddit thread where one of em shares the invite
