We've invited many content creators, but we've also made sure to cover bases on things like PvE, Raids, Lore, etc.

The future is untold - we'll see how this summit goes, and make plans for the future. I can say, Cozmo and I look at these forums [b]every single day[/b] and translate the feedback to the developers in a Bi-weekly [i]Community Report[/i] - our main focus is not only to make Destiny 2 for the content creators, but for many types of players that enjoy the game. Whether you be a hyper-competitive Crucible player, a Raid sherpa, a 4-hour-a-week player, or someone who's just here for the story, we're doing our part to collect your thoughts - and get them in front of the people working on the future of Destiny 2.

So back in 2015 when I said we should make patrol more meaningful, and you kind of did with TTK, and failed miserably with D2.....what happened there?

What about public events they are arguably the quickest way to get engrams and level up

They may be fast at getting you engrams and leveling up but that is not what Destiny 2 needed. The game hands you anything and everything way too easily. You should get rewarded for playing but not to the extent it is right now. I get legendaries more than I get blues and that is a huge problem. Hell I get exotics more than blues. They also need different gear. Not reskins of the same few items.

I was more responding to a post saying make patrols more meaningful. But I do agree with you that I out do get thrown at with legendary and exotic engrams and if you don't you could just guarantee that last exotic from the fated engram

Looking at the forums every day and actively passing on feedback are two different things. I appreciate youre in a difficult position but from the players perspective it doesnt feel like we'rr listened too at all....

You guys had 3 years of feedback, play testing and everything in between. The community has continuously told you what they wanted and continue to do so. You don't need a special summit where you bring the parasitic streamers, who turned their back on you btw, to tell you what you need. All we wanted was to have the game we did at the end of year 3 destiny 1 and build on that. Not completely gut the game from the last 3yrs and build a game purposely around microtransactions. And please don't say that wasn't your intent. That would be just another lie in the many the community have been told. It's sad that the same people that helped ruin the game and turned their backs on you guys are the ones you want to listen to. I hope it works out for you. Looks like it's worked like a charm so far. What you should do is invite the real community. You say you are, but I can't believe that. The ones that play not because they are getting paid, but the ones that play and give feedback, whether good or bad, because they believe in the game. Not the crybabies who were too shortsighted to have a backup plan if Destiny wans't making them money. They got what they deserved. All in all, this game was built purely on greed. No way around that. The casuals you built this game for to get sales quit within the first month. Now at this point, you guys had purely wasted 6 months just trying to get the game back to the Destiny 1 feel. And yet, you STILL don't listen! What is going on over there? Invite me to this summit. You want honest, I'll be waiting for my invite. I just don't think you guys could handle honest. I think you have purposely cherry picked who to invite, just as you guys do with your "Q&A" sessions. That's no way to make your game better. It's obvious us "regular folks" opinion doesn't mean anything and that's a shame.

You can bring in all the streamers I never bothered to watch in the first place, it's not going to save destiny 2. It's about ready to be rolled into a ditch.

What can a "content creator" tell you that thousands of everyday game players already have? You constantly say "we hear you". How can anyone believe that when "content creators" are brought in with such fanfare.

I think Bungie is taking a pretty good slice of the community - and I'm supportive of the Summit. However, my concern - as always - is that PvE, lore, story, secrets, world exploration, quests, etc., are not really the focus.
