...when Titans can take the most damage and Warlocks get faster base ability cooldowns.
Edit: For those whom the sarcasm has eluded, this is/was a jab at Hunters claiming they were 'nerfed' (or just not buffed) in the latest Go Fast update.
The secondary implication is that each class should have a core, base-level benefit to differentiate them outside of perks, supers, and exotics.
I will concede that Hunter's Strafe Jump could have been tweaked to be a bit more strafey. More or less a single jump version of Titan's Strafe Lift.
5 RepliesHunters are cancer

6 RepliesI can get behind that to a point, but here's where the argument falls apart: Right now, hunters (the "mobility" class) are undeniably the slowest class. Titans (The "tank" class) are not the least tanky class. Warlocks (The "recovery(?)" class) do not have the slowest recovery/ability recovery. So while we shouldn't necessarily be the best in our primary stat, we definitely shouldn't be the worst.

6 RepliesHunter's trait is mobility. Mobility DOESN'T EQUAL SPEED. A high mobility improves the speed and smoothness of your aiming. It took me maxing out mobility to 10 on my hunter and decreasing mobility to 0 on my warlock and swapping which character I was playing on to figure this out. Do it one time and you will see the difference. It is why I believe hunters are over used, because the controls feel better when using them.

2 RepliesYeah. Titans don’t have THAT big of a health boost. Just give a hunter a mini gun and a handgun secondary and you are set my dude!

1 ReplyEdited by JT-Rex-: 4/2/2018 1:02:00 AMThey should give warlocks a buff that when within 15m of an enemy any teammates within 15m of that warlock gets a 20% damage dealt or taken boost. Then when a Titan is between 15m and 30m from an enemy they give a buff that raises their resilience by 20% and teammates within 15m of them get a 10% resilience buff. Then when a hunter is further than 40m from an enemy they get a 25% buff to precision damage and any teammates within 15m gets a 10% buff. All the %s are jus a number thinking at the moment could be increased or decreased as I'm jus putting the concept out there not the finer details. The buffs given could also be different. For example, these could be placed like the d1 artifact system and be specific to classes this time unlike the iron lord artifacts, which would make sure the buffs are relevant to that class and desired play style e.g. The hunter precision damage at distance plays to the scout/sniper style while also buffing teammates regardless of their gun choices. Also other could be a hunter within 20m of enemies get a 25% buff to their dodge cooldown and buff teammates with X metres get an X % buff to movement speed thus aiming at close range weapon players with shotguns or swords. Another would be titans have a perk that when in close range of enemies they automatically attract enemies attacks while getting a buff to recovery and any teammates more than X m away from the Titan gets a smaller buff to recovery allowing for distractions and other teammates to regroup. Or warlocks more than 30m of enemy get a 25% cooldown to all abilities (minus super, not to copy d1 op artifact) and teammates within 15m of the warlock get a 15% cooldown buff. Just wish they would drop the mod path. The mods currently on weapons are just +5 light which is embarrassing as they do nothing to modify the gun, just boost level. Random rolls with a smaller group of perks that are more powerful would then allow further customisable options to play styles via the artifacts and the weapon with a certain roll that plays into that direction. All these would obviously work better with given scenarios which unfortunately I do not feel exist so much in d2 endgame. I think of warpriest/ templar/ axsis as encounters where stuff like this would shine and thus a rework of artifacts in general was something I thought would have been in d2 from the start but we know how those sort of expectations are now foolish dreams. Sorry for the essay. Dump's over. Peace out 😂✌️

8 RepliesI don’t know, I find I still suck with all three characters. Lol

1 ReplyHunters being fast? Warlocks take that title all because of dawnblade.
-
1 ReplyA buff to Titan's shield and ward of dawn could fix Titan's problem..... Just saying.
-
7 RepliesDon't warlocks have a exotic that gives them faster regen on all abilitys and rising storm melee that recharges everything on hit just saying
-
1 ReplyRIGHT?! The proposed fastest and stealthiest class sucks at both of those jobs. I don't know about you but I get into endless arguments about this. #HunterMasterRaceOGD1
-
5 RepliesHunters are the fastest. They are the fastest to cry on the forums when they get killed and want everything nerfed. Or handed to them.
-
1 ReplyTitans and. Warlocks are fast now in one direction you still have your agility, dodge and arsenal. git gud.
-
20 RepliesStompies solves this problem. I just wish that the speed they give was default opposed to an exotic. Titans: +10% Health Hunters: +10% Sprint Speed Warlocks: +10% Ability Cooldowns Or something like that.

2 RepliesI can get 10 resilience on my hunter. But I'd rather have high mobility

8 RepliesEdited by Sturm with no Drang: 3/31/2018 5:18:23 AMHey, take it to Cozmo and co. As it stands, all Hunters have going for them is the dodge spec and vertical jump. Meanwhile, Titans have armor with high Res and Rec and have strafe lift, two flavors of walls, shoulder charge boost and a lift boost exotic to boot.
We don’t even get Eao. *shrugs*
I don’t want them to get taken away because I actually wreck on my Defender alt, but my Hunter main deserves an all-around boost to speed if that’s the one thing he’s geared towards yet lacks thereof.
