How do I get icebreaker
I have been trying to get icebreaker exotic sniper rifle for 10 months and still haven't figured out how. I was trying to get it this morning and my friend I was playing with got it first try from prison of elders.

Edited by twirlypen: 3/30/2018 10:44:09 PMY1 Ice Breaker can drop from Y1 raids and lv 28 Prison of Elders, or Xur's Legacy engram. Y3 Ice Breaker can only drop from completing the weekly Sunrise Nightfall bounty given out by Zavala. It cannot be obtained from the strike playlist or engrams.

Depends if it’s legacy or not, legacy icebreaker is earned via year 1 activities while year 3 is earned from strike scoring, nightfall, engrams, etc.
