How do I delete my account from bungie.net? I no longer wish to be a part of this community, or play any future Bungie games.
I do not want my personal details held by Bungie, and am withdrawing consent for you to use any data held, including email address.

Hello guardian, You can not delete a Bungie.net user profile. If you wish to unlink your console accounts from your Bungie.net user ID you can find the information om how to do so here.

Accounts cannot be deleted. If you don't want e-mails from Bungie, simply go to your profile page and remove your e-mail address. If you do not want your PSN/Xbox Live/Blizzard account linked to Bnet, just go to your profile page and unlink them. Note that if you do so, next time you log in you'll never be able to log back into the Bnet account again, though it will still exist.

3 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 3/30/2018 4:00:47 PMPlease note the ToS, the terms you agreed to in order to use Bungie.net https://www.bungie.net/en/View/Bungie/terms
MATERIALS PROVIDED TO BUNGIE OR POSTED TO THE BUNGIE SERVICES Bungie does not claim ownership of the images, video, text, or other materials you provide to Bungie (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Bungie Service or associated services (collectively "Submissions"), to the extent what you post does not include materials provided to you or otherwise owned by Bungie or its licensees. However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you hereby grant Bungie, its affiliated companies and sublicensees, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform and otherwise use your Submissions in connection with the Bungie Services and Bungie’s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including, without limitation, distributing your Submissions in all current and future media in which the Bungie Services may now or hereafter be distributed or transmitted and to publish your name in connection with your Submission. This license grant will survive any expiration or termination of these Terms.
Note that while your personal information is your information, any information you decided to share with Bungie.net for your account is part of the account itself and you've granted them irrevocable permission to use it however they desire. You can't withdraw your consent, as you already agreed to waive that option. That being said, as others stated, you can turn off email notifications. Bungie's privacy policy protects your data from most uses outside of Bungie, so you've got very little to worry about there, as well. But, you can't withdraw their right to have, keep, or use any data held that you submitted to their service, as per the above contractual agreement you entered into. Do note that you can edit your profile considerably to remove most personal information, including removing all current connected accounts (by creating a new, unconnected account using one of the three services and connecting it to your account so the other(s) can be removed).
