Hi,
Thank you for your report. If you are seeing error code MARIONBERRY, it indicates a problem with your networking setup. This can happen for a number of reasons, but often occurs after a WiFi blip, or when network or Parental Control settings have changed on your home network or game console.
This error can show up when the router the console is connected through has gotten into a fundamentally bad state. Router reboots often help, but faulty firmware or failing hardware can lead to repeated occurrences of this error.
To power cycle your modem or router please do the following:
1. Log off of Destiny
2. Turn off your PlayStation or Xbox console
3. Power-cycle your networking hardware (router, modem, etc.) by turning each item off, then waiting 30 seconds before turning them back on one by one, beginning with your modem
4. Once your home network is back up, turn on your PlayStation or Xbox console and relaunch Destiny
If you continue to see this issue after trying this step, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your router/modem for additional troubleshooting steps.

Edited by shareingraindro: 6/5/2022 8:03:41 PMthis is just a copy and past effort, not really any effort on helping at all. its your game that is messing up, not my high quality interweb. i mean, like for real... i dont really ask for help anymore, cause its pointless. just give the game some time and it will work for a bit then mess up again, its what it is since they wont actually help. thats my advice.

I have reset the router, reset the wifi, done everything that all the help pages say to do, and still D2 gives me the MarionBerry code. This is the only game, app on my system that I have issues with, nothing else is effected. Not any other game or app. All I can say is that I am glad I got the free version just given out, because if I had paid for this I most likely would never buy anything from your company again

This is a generic reply to the problem but not the answer. Destiny 2 is the ONLY game I have this issue with. My network is running fine. Every other system, app, TV and device all work perfectly. The game kicks me out after about 10 minutes of play then says there is no connection. The problem is not on the customers end. There has to be a workaround

you got any solutions for PC? tried everything i could find online, nothing worked.

Apologies. Performing a power cycle on your router may still help alleviate this issue, but faulty firmware or failing hardware can lead to repeated occurrences of this error.
