The one on Titan is in the Arcology. Take a left like you're doing the strike and when you get to the area where you go to get the first orb, theres a ledge with a computer on it. Gimme a sec and I can post some pics.
made a quick video. I found it Wednesday with all 3 guardians and it doesn't show up anymore.

yes found it, pledged to dead orbit if that makes difference. it was a huge thing too. and dead orbit say it shows how the traveller breaks everything so its not safe here. which makes me suspect dead orbit secretly serve the darkness.
