In Sludge in EDZ. Noticed event wasn't happening at all & public events kept coming around & if working, we would've had an equal to similar # of supply drop events where they usually happen in sludge. Finally I saw notice on screen "enemy supplies inbound". 1 boss from supply drop events appears nearby yet event never really started & then he disappeared. Capture Circles Never appeared, event never happened & no other supply drop specific enemies showed any time I was in Sludge & I spent a good amt of time there. Worked fine in outskirts & the gulch but sludge had zero supply drop/capture events.
