I’m only a .95 but I’m doing really well against 1-1.5ish, in trials. I see on the forums that 1.4 is the most requested, but I easily beat those kds. I’m honestly confused on what is good or not. Bc I just wanna rum trials but think my kd is too low
Edit: I think my kd is so low bc I play quick play like D1, and trials like ultimate teamshot

5 RepliesEdited by Astral Dark: 3/16/2018 7:11:12 PMPC Trials Ranks w/ K/D dPrEtEnDeRdB is #3. His K/D is 0.8 MarkMe is #8, his K/D is 0.92 FlyingPDD is #11 his is 1.11. PavelSokov is #15 in the world, his is 0.54. XBOX Seems more stacked than PC but the number 1 in the world is... JuSTCallMeFroST #1 - 1.28 K/D PS4 Seems to be the most stacked at the top... MutantNewton #28 - 1.85 K/D FAT-catbus #82 - 1.7 K/D I believe this implies PC is the hardest platform. Xbox is second and PS4 is third, which makes sense based on population size PS4>Xbox>PC

3 RepliesIn destiny 1 it meant something but in destiny 2 it doesn’t mean nothing.

If you play solo all the time I say 1-1.5. I don't respect people that fireteam up everyday and brag about 2.0+, most likely they are shit players just leaching off team shooting
-
3 RepliesI would start off by identifying if you're predominantly a solo player or a fireteam player. Because in D2 this will affect your kd imensly over the course of enough games. Solo players can theoretically double their listed kd's. And fireteam players can halve theirs. This should bring them closer to a accurate representation. After you've done this. 1.5-2 is solid. Less is average and more is quite good.

Anything above 1.0 means you are helping. Kd does not matter anyway with the connections of D1 and D2.
What’s a good kd in D2??
I, personally, like to stay in the 0.7ish range so I don't look suspicious to the other team.....and then.....BAM! I hit you with a 0.89.....I hate PvP.....

1 ReplyEdited by Jonnnys: 3/16/2018 10:41:31 AMKd means very little when 50% of deaths look suspicious 😂 Your trials kd is your lowest out of all the game types. It’s 0.68 with -361 kills. It’s survival today, if you play to a 1.4 you should be able to pull that back to a 1kd this weekend.

2 RepliesEdited by im Ruby Rose: 3/16/2018 3:48:44 PMI’m garbage at pvp, but I try to atleast get a 1.0 (kd not KAD) each game so I can pretend I helped in some way 😁

4 RepliesKD ratio is pointless, if 2 pro level teams played eachother constantly both would have roughly 1 KD, like y'all need to be like #removekdstat and get a damage per game coupled with accuracy and kills per game, damn.
-
I mean... If you're easily beating those KD caliber of players then you shouldn't be just at a .95. It means that you are dying way more than you're killing. Try to avoid situations where you're by yourself. With this PvP it's very important to focus your energy on sticking with your team. Watch lanes as people like to sit way back and hit spawns with a scout on certain maps. If you respawn alone, just wait a couple of seconds for a teammate to respawn so you're not at an instant disadvantage. Always watch your radar. I'm not an elite player but I do fairly decent just keeping to those basic things. I have my bad games too.

Whatever mine is ;) lol

1.0 is breaking even. Means you killed them as much as they kill you. Not allowing the other team to score points is just as important as scoring them.
-
None is the best K/D ration in D2 - it means you are not playing this garbage ... while on the other hand I saw a guy that had killed 2400 rogues in the Dark Zone ... now thats impressive ..

Basically you suck, 0.95 means you get killed more than you kill
