I’ve been thinking, all the class symbols, Hunter, Titan, Warlock, have always in some form been or used the shape of triangles. Could this possibly be connected to the unknown race with the triangle ships? Or am I just looking too deep into something that isn’t connected at all?

(Hits blunt) naw man, your not looking deep enough.

Hahaha no it's just how bungie designed the original game. Everything was centralized around the number 3. So everything even the shapes had to be a part of the family lol

1 ReplyEdited by GalaxySpider: 3/14/2018 11:29:04 AMHm, I don’t think so. It‘s just the general design for menus and U.I. items. For some reason the designer love them. Just look at the animations (not the loading icon) on the Start Screen, destination map and several menus within the destination map like the Strike section. Geometry everywhere. Even the Traveler has these design elements on its surface (since he is THE franchise symbol). And having triangles for the class symbols seems to represent a contrast to all the spheres and cricle shapes you find in the menus.

I was doing a fresh run on my son's character and saw a scene (I believe it's between when Gaul pushes off the tower and when we wake up) and I swear they show the triangle ships diving into the water Reminded me of Oryx
