Title...i definitely have gold but destiny 2 says I don't have gold... I tried hard reset on xbox and my router with no luck are there any other troubleshooting steps?

For anyone who may be having this problem Microsoft was able to re sync my account while on the phone with them and the error was a registry error on Microsofts end

I was able to resolve this by removing my account from the console, then re-adding it.

1 ReplyDestiny 2 has also given me this issue. The easiest solution I have found was to go onto the home screen and close the game completely. Then relaunch it. Should that not work, removing the power cord and plugging it back in also has helped. I think something is strange in their authentication procedure..

2 RepliesI had this and maybe I still will (?) In a year because I entered a code for 12 months gold but, that didn't register so I bought a further 12 months gold via xbox and it worked? Just hope it stacked up and It gives me 2 years..
