Why can't we do tricks on sparrows anymore?!?
I loved playing around on the moon before, flipping and tricking on my way to wherever! I'm not saying spend time re-coding this - but if it is already there (and you can use it) why not put it back in - that would be nice :).
Yeah yeah yeah to the inevitable "we don't need sparrows anymore game is dead".

Same reason the game is such garbage. They changed direction mid development, ran out of time, had to pull out a bucket and dump out a game to meet the deadline, so you got an unifinished game. Again. And everything that's a problem now? Will be a problem again in Destiny 3. Just stop buying their games.

I miss doing the Flying Sparrow trick using the side boosts while spinning. That shit was so much fun.

1 ReplyYou can do tricks on SOME sparrows, but not all of them. Using the D pad, if you're in the air you can either give command gestures or you will do the various sparrow (dirt bike) style tricks. If I play later this week I'll try to reply again with some of the sparrows you can do what with. I honestly don't understand why Sparrow races aren't a monthly event as tons of the planets and strike paths seem to have been designed with sparrow racing in mind.

Most notable Luke Smith quote: “If I fired up a video right now and showed you the emotes you would throw money at the screen," So basically just wait for the Eververse to sell it back to you.

Actually, if they hadn’t abused eververse, vanity horns and tricks are something they could have sold without anyone giving a huff. It might have even been celebrated. Too late now.
