She is very independant and pretty much scoffs in the face of all these new age women's "movements". Our take on it is pretty much the same as the 5'2" guy who acts tough all the time. If you have to force other people to see you as something or to prove yourself capable of whatever it is, then you are likely not that thing and not as capable as you'd like to believe. Not a diss at all on women. Just the ones who think equality means sameness. Sorry, but there are some things that males do that females in general can't and there are also many many things women do that men find very difficult to do. I don't understand why people want to pretend the differences aren't there rather than celebrate uniqueness.
