I noticed 2 people that were not only able to outrun me but in a straight sprint actually pull away and I wasn't able to get near them at my top speed.
One was a warlock and the other was a hunter. I was playing on my hunter and like I said my mobility was at 10.
So what gear were they wearing that let them run that fast or what speed hack are they using so I can at the least be competitive?
The warlock wasn't wearing transversive steps I know that at least.
Thanks for the helpful feedback.

Mobility doesn't effect sprint speed

Don't know if you can run faster than 10, but lightweight weapons give you a minor boost and if you equip the Mida and Minitool, the speed is boost is amazing.

mobility only increases your strafe, walk slide and i think jump? but it does not increase your sprint speed base sprint speed is the same for all characters, unless you have something like stompees or transversive steps that literally says it increases sprint speed

Mobility doesn't effect sprint speed, only walk speed (strafe) and initial jump height. Right now the fastest character by a long shot is a Warlock using the Mida and blink. That's probably how they pulled away from you. It is possible for Hunters and Titans to run faster than normal but only marginal. Titans need to use exotics like the dunemarchers. Hunters use the Stompees or Quickfang or use the top tree for Nightstalker because keenscout increases sprint speed. It's important to note that stacking sprint speed effects doesn't work. So a Hunter with Keenscout, Stompees and Quickfang won't be faster than a Hunter with just the Stompees.
