People on PS4 (obviously) love BloodBorne and I don’t see much hate on it. Is it really that good? I’ve never played it and look forward to get my hands on it when it come out free. Just wanna know what expect when I start playing.

If you enjoy souls games n specifically want it faster and parry focused...yes. Personally I prefer souls to bb. More widespread options on what you can do with your character.

2 RepliesIt’s certainly not a game for everyone, but it is the closest thing to “perfection” I have ever seen in this industry, or even outside of it. The story, the gameplay, the aesthetic.. Amazing!

4 RepliesEdited by Pyrus: 3/5/2018 10:25:57 PMIt's one of the best PS4 exclusives you can get. If you loved Dark Souls, then you'll love this game! It's lore-rich, gameplay is solid and its brutally hard, but not unfair. Definitely worth playing.

2 RepliesYes, it's good. You're going to die A LOT, but it's good.

Anyone who doesn't say yes is objectively wrong.

1 ReplyIs it good? Yes Is it THAT good? Yes Is it absolutely bloody rock hard? Yes Is it so hard that people like me can't complete it without co-op help from friends who are better at it? Yes Does my filthy scrubbiness in that regard decrease my enjoyment of it? No

Good game but i personally preferred dark souls 3. While made by the same developer they are different play styles, and so the games feel fairly different from one another.

Edited by DUURJOB: 3/6/2018 6:20:03 AMOne of my favorite games ever and my favorite FromSoft game as well as the first FromSoft games I beat I loved Dark Souls 3 but the combat and weapons in Bloodborne is much more satisfying as well as the gothic art style that is 100% my kind of style and I love it so much. The environments in Dark Souls 3 were more bland since it was all gray. I get that the world is supposed to look dead and that’s super cool but I would’ve liked an area or two that really stood out in the base game

No, it's average at best

1 ReplyIt's hits all the right notes for a specific audience. The only real criticism I can make is that it's kind of annoying to run out of stored blood viles while trying to beat some of the more difficult bosses, but that's probably because I'm a scrub and only scrubs need to try more than three times per boss on the first play through.
