Will "ANTHEM" put the last few nails in d2's coffin.I say definitely, even if they fix it. and I think they already had that in mind and that's the reason for the easy and cheesy gameplay

Okay, let me say a few things for you. 1. Paraphrase, or put the hefty details in the body, for everyone's sake. [i]Please.[/i] 2. Division was hyped like 20x more to kill Destiny than this new game. Look how it flopped. 3. D2 is already hot garbage. It doesn't need to be killed, it's on its final breaths. People like you need to stop saying D2 will be killed by something, because even if it somehow makes a difference, Bungie already screwed up and wasted $60 or more from everyone who bought their unfinished game with no endgame or incentive to play. 4. Stop making these posts, because literally no sane persom in #Gaming wants to see these posts tossed in by mods like this is some kind of landfill for trash.

From what I keep hearing Athem very likely to become a mess similar to Destiny 2. Probably even worse due too overmonatisation and lootbox progression. EA already have stated that despite the controversy around BF2 they will not change their attitude around MTX and lootboxes, so be prepared for the worst and don't get hyped. It will only disapoint you.

13 RepliesFrom what I hear, Anthem is in the same kind of development hell that ME:Andromeda was. Given how long this game has been in development, EA will most likely have the most aggressive loot box scheme yet seen put into the game. It would be nice if I was wrong, but I don’t think I am. I am not excited for this game in the slightest. Mass Effect was sacrificed for this game. SWTOR may soon be sacrificed for this game. Anthem is already on my shit list, so if EA wants me to buy it, it had better be the best thing that came into my life since I got married!! Anything short of that will piss me off!

I don't think bioware is up to the challenge. For all of those hating on EA, I understand, however Battlefield 1 and battlefront 2 are really good games.

Anthem will be lucky to survive it's own launch, much less take a other gsme down. Even one as shitty and nearly dead as D2. It's like half of you have forgotten the loot box shit show EA rolled out this winter. And not just Battlefront. All three of the brand new games they launched were loaded with microtransactions. Need for speed was as unplayable as battlefront. No I have zero confidence in this game.

No it wouldn’t, Anthem isn’t coming to 2019. Destiny 2 will have a Taken size expansion in the fall that will bring a lot of its player base back

When it's a game I haven't heard of its probably... Ubi, Take 2 or a subsidiary (R* for example), EA, or one of another few places I've forgotten the names of. Literally who.

But...to me, anthem isn't the game that i hope will kill Destiny, but simply hope that it will be the game i hope it will be, epic, fun, great...as i'm truly hyped for the reason it's created by BioWare! ME Trilogy was to me one of the best ever games i've played, when it comes to story and character depth, so i have high hopes. Destiny killer or not...idc...just want to get soon and hopefully enjoy it ,)
