Im sorry to hear that happened 🙁 there are moronic fools everywhere unfortunately. But they are a minority 😊 someone like that should be banned for a month. Maybe perma banned. Maybe you could try explain to her that she will occasionally come across these people, but should ignore them and never let them get in her way of doing what she enjoys.
