The game rating is for [i][u]in game play[/u][/i] Holy balls what part of that did you miss? "Trolls" are not taken into consideration when they are rated. They are separate and outside of the rating system. So in this case, no, the rating system doesn't mean a damn thing. The game could be rated E and you can still be trolled by some idiot, that doesn't mean the game suddenly becomes rated M.
