Oh man, that just sucks sucks sucks. That pisses me off. My daughter had experiences like that in Destiny 1. Even though she's in her 20's, it made her want to play the game less. She's soured a bit on the whole "friendship" thing, in D2 as well. Hopefully you can get her back on the horse. I would monitor her play if she's going with a team. If she's doing Strikes, be ready to mute the other team members. Or just mute first and ask questions later. D2 was made for players like her (casuals), so it's ridiculous that she be chased away by some toads. Best of luck.
