Update 1.1.3 overflowed my Postmaster with emblems - Bright Engrams lost forever

I have already submitted a Destiny Player Support / Bungie Help - Contact Form. I have received Case ID 4057 ________________________________________________ Today, Game Update 1.1.3 was automatically downloaded to my PS4, without warning new emblems were sent to my Postmaster. These emblems overfilled my Postmaster and caused me to lose in game items, forever. My Postmaster was holding a handful of Bright Engrams at the back that were pushed out of inventory and lost forever. 3-4 Bright Engrams lost for good. Please Help

  • Dear Guaridan, Sadly, these lost items fall under the Deleted Items and Character Policy and cannot be returned to you. I suggest using the companion app to keep an eye on your inventory and postmaster and to pick up any desirable items as soon as possible as they may get flooded out with the more loot drops you receive. • The postmaster is not suppose to be used as a vault. If full any older items gets pushed out to make way for the new items. Bungie has warned us regarding the postmaster in the past. Bungie DOES NOT replace lost or accidentally deleted items.

      • The emblems should never be sent to postmaster at the first place. They should just be added to the collections.
