Is Midnight Coup dropping from Raid Encounters other than Calus?

Couldn't get my raid team together last week to get tokens so I could purchase the gun from Benedict.
Kind of looking for a new raid team, but I really just want that gun. I was wondering if anyone's experienced it dropping from other encounters
