It does to the folks that are ELO farming...
If you look at some of the top accounts on destinytracker and look into their game history there are a significant number of matches that have "DNF" in them, on both sides of matches. Looks fishy as hell.
This game is full of cheaters now because they know Bungie is real loose on their account enforcement.
I played a few matches the other night and had fun (because of my friends anyway), but my overall D2 Crucible experience has been largely negative. I played D1 Crucible for fun, but D2 was designed to be too structured (or balaced) for my taste. As soon as everyone started taking PVP so seriously, is when I feel like it started to die. The devs are really helping in that department either.
