This is something I've wanted ever since D1, and I would love to see this come into the game. It being an exotic would make sense, and it would truly feel like an exotic weapon. This is what Destiny 2 needs. An exotic worth using.

1 ReplyEdited by Garbage: 3/9/2018 5:50:27 PMI WANT AN SMG WITH EXPLOSIVE ROUND BULLETS THAT TRACK BETTER THAN TRUTH IN D1 AND EACH BULLET'S IMPACT IS HIGHER THAN THE HIGHEST IMPACT SNIPER RIFLE IN D2. ALSO, THE GUN CAN SHOOT THROUGH WALLS WHICH NO ONE WILL SEE BECAUSE THE MAIN PERK OF THIS WEAPON IS THAT YOU START EVERY CRUCIBLE MATCH WITH A MAXIMUM SCORE FOR YOUR TEAM SO YOU DON'T EVEN GET TO PLAY WITH IT BECAUSE YOU ALREADY WON. <-------this is how u sound like.
-
1 ReplyWithin reason. Maybe it has low range.
-
I just want my tracking Rocket Launcher back. I miss Truth.
-
Not a big deal, take 1/2 the damage and transfer to explosive rounds. Although these rounds are small and will not carry damage far. There, built and nerfed at the same time. Bungie should pay me. We will call it the Firecracker, cause its nerfed already.
-
Didn’t this exist in the better Destiny? I could have swore it did but maybe not

1 ReplyI want a unicorn 🦄

Edited by blade329: 3/2/2018 10:21:21 PMI still want to know why we are using SMG's and hand guns in the far future? Never made sense to me in Destiny 1, but at least there was plenty of space magic to keep the sci-fi feel going. Now, it feels like I'm playing a slower version of Black Ops 3. LOL. Since I don't give a rats ass about balance, I say go for it. Bring on the OP guns.

I WANT A FLAMETHROWER!
-
7 RepliesThis! But why stop at a "broken" AR? Seriously, hear me out. Bungie loves events. So let's have an OPFest. Give people the OP they want as a weeklong event, turn all weapons up past 10, take them to 15. Turn the meta on its head. Don't preview what gets tweaked most, let the community and streamers scramble through their vaults to test what is amazing. Now for rewards. Certain accomplishments related to player DPS and time logged on with drop OPTokens. These can be used during that season only. Tokens can't be used during OP Event. Tokens grant 1Hr of OPness to guardian or fireteam, but don't stack. These are like Fireteam medallions in that sense. The more you play the event, the more chances you have at your magic hour of legend, space magic.....you are the god roll of guardian. Bungie gets it's balance, they get ways to disrupt it too. Devs, live team, sandbox folks get ways to track lots of data. Spread the events out so entire community can enjoy. Turn casual gamers into die hard fanatics for a week.

1 ReplyAnd while we are at it. I want a Auto-Rocket Launcher with a 10 round magazine! Really!??!? A Auto Rifle with explosive rounds? The gun would be so stupidly over powered, it would be right up there with the broken "Death Ray" we had when the X-pac came out in December and you could kill anyone under .05 seconds. Plus since you are only thinking of yourself and not how something as outlandish as your "god killer" auto rifle is, everyone and anyone would be clawing to get the gun, which would render every other weapon in the game pointless to use or have.
-
It'd have to be slow rpm or pve only though lol. That'd be so op in crucible
-
3 RepliesI want an auto rifle with tracking rounds and split into multiple bullets.
-
1 ReplyAs long as it's a 360 RPM auto rifle I wouldn't have a problem with it.
-
6 RepliesI suggest either borderlands, or borderlands 2.
-
2 RepliesExplosive rounds allow you to hit targets around corners, miss a target yet hit them for being close enough to where the projectile hits, and hit more than 1 target because of close proximity. All of the aforementioned benefits of explosive rounds are inaccuracy forgiveness. Full auto weapons and high fire rates for semi-auto already cater to lower skill (a missed shot doesn't significantly increase time to kill). I'd like to see this implemented in a manner that doesn't just stack methods of miss forgiveness. Perhaps a 360rpm auto with explosive rounds would function well with said perk. I initially read the title as, "I want an autorifle with Firefly"
-
I was thinking the same thing. Would be dope.
-
Would be good, but for now I’d like that rare auto rifle cuboid to made ledgendary.
-
Some Scouts have AOE. What if those same ones could be used at Full-Auto?
-
3 RepliesI like the idea of exploding rounds on a pulse rifle, at least.
-
2 RepliesAs cool as this would be, this would literally break the game.
-
An easy way to balance this would be to make the explosive rounds every 3 shots and getting a kill causes the next magazine to have one every 2 shots, then it cycles back to every 3 shots again.
-
1 ReplyAs much as I like the idea myself it would probably never happen because one person or another would say it too op and that would be the end of it. But if it did and it was restricted to pve only that would be a blast of fun that we desperately need right now.
-
I always thought if this but it'll be way to op even if the gun was easy to earn. 😐😐😐😐 look at everyone now can't complain much because everyone has the same weapon.
-
2 RepliesExplosive rounds don’t have any range drop off for damage and would make auto rifles way to powerful. Basically making them the Prometheus lenses pre nerf. Fun but would end up in a nerf killing auto rifles.
-
7 RepliesEdited by JensBoef: 2/26/2018 4:38:14 PMAn auto rifle with explosive rounds would be broken AF. The Thorn meta months from D1 would be nothing compared to an autorifle with explosive rounds. EDIT: Haha, a downvote. This broken ass community. XD

6 RepliesImagine if bungie had weapon imagination like borderlands does.
