I really, really, really don’t care about emblem stats. I prefer D1 emblems that had no stats whatsoever. You earned them from completing something and that’s it.

So a player who has completed an activity 50 times should be visually equal to somebody with a single clear?

Sure, why not? Other than the fact that you’d have all of the armor/weapons cause of more chances to earn the loot. D1 gave everyone who completed the raid a shader and an emblem on the first clear. I know some people who didn’t get a certain weapon for months.
