The fact that I have played with 12 teams since 10 am Friday 23rd and have won only a few matches is very frustrating, its impossible to find a good team on LFG and when you do you end up playing some of the better ranked players that have no buisness playing against someone with a full time job and is a full time college student. Trials needs to be ranked so that when your weekend players get on they can enjoy playing, I have not been able to find a decent team one time to play with, and I am constantly playing against the same guys on the opposing team. Because of this my stats are very poor and do not reflect how I play this game. Which in turn makes it harder and harder to find good LFG teams to play along with.
With that being said, if you cant fix trials to where you play against similar ranked players, then you should at least stop creating milestones and required challenges in the clan section to complete your weekly run through.
OR
Make it so that you don't have to win 7 rounds with only 3 losses, this is absolutely impossible for the average player to achieve. Especially since it pits you against the same teams over and over and LFG is worthless for finding Trials teams that can play together.

Haha soooo it’s impossible for anyone good at the game to have a full time job, or be a full-Tim student? What a convenient excuse, and so typical of this game’s weaker players: “whatever, the only reason I lost is because I have a life and all that guy does is play this game, duhuh”, it’s never because he’s just better at it than you are or (god forbid) because you suck, since per your post it’s all your teammates’ fault that your stats are bad... Stick to public events, I hear they’re way less sweaty.
