As long as I can remember, in both the heroic and Nightfall version (not sure about regular), the final man cannon in the strike will often shoot the character into the rock face above the target opening, resulting in death. This seems to happen at random, and it can happen for multiple members of a fireteam and to single members multiple times. While Ghost says something along the lines of "I hope it's aimed in the right direction," I wonder if this is just a feature of the strike, or if it is broken/bugged. If it's a feature, is there any way to lessen the possibility of being splattered, some advanced technique that I'm unaware of? Thanks for your consideration.
