Can’t find much info about bottom tree void hunters. I know top tree tether does not help with Calus DPS but the quiver can get like 6-7 shots off. Does each one do more damage and/or increase damage output for anyone else? How exactly does it work, if it even does?
Any help/references/info is appreciated.

The damage increase is one time. Once a target has been tethered, the damage from getting direct hits with Shadowshot is increased.

Lets get this straight top tree is the best for PvE no matter what just because black hole gives that extra damage buff on whatever it connects to but really quiver does basically no damage, it has this 6 shots but you can make up for that damage a lot faster with the top tree

In "Destiny" not d2 you had the option to change everything in your subclass and choose what perks you want on each one. You know make it more customizable... now you rather pick 1 out of 2 paths when I could have the same or similar options from d1

Nightstalker is a crowd control class. If you want pure dps use your gunslinger

Honestly I'd use Golden Gun and Celestial Nighthawk, bit that's just me. I love Nightstalker but I like personal dps too.

Edited by Noiztm: 2/23/2018 5:18:42 PMIn fireteams I like bottom tier with Orpheus Rigs, this allows multiple shot, good damage, orbs created and with the Rigs you get ability charge rate increase. I like to pop tethers at the door under Calus so the Guardians covering mid can get orbs, my abilities charge and off to the left I go. I don’t rely on it for dps as much as trying to get my fireteams supers charged.

Booth trees are pointless at calus. Go with celestial for dps or raiden flux for throne room adds. Tether is good for pleasure gardens, when the dogs calapse. Thats about it.

I dunno but if you find out I'd be interested to know. I would still rather just run a RigStalker though if I ever get back to raiding. Tethering that door and giving the outside guys some supers has always been more beneficial to the teams I was with.

Tether doesn’t work on calus. Never use mobius quiver if you are trying to make orbs for your team.. it’s awful
-
From what I understand Calus can't be debuffed, hence why tethering and melting point don't work, so since he can't be debuffed from the tether it may not trigger the additional damage from the moebius quiver shots, but I'm curious to see what happens.

Do a damage test with a decated fireteam then wipe.
