You're right. I don't have to understand it and I shouldn't be using personal attacks but I'm sick of the bungie apologists on the forums defending the game when they're clearly many things wrong with it. Every time someone criticizes the game or points out something they don't like, the bungie apologists come and start using personal attacks.
People regularly post stuff like the player population to show bungie that the direction they're taking is clearly the wrong one. We've given constructive criticism for years to bungie but they seem to only listen to the ones that cry nerf.

I get your frustration but to be honest the criticism posts are highly repetitive and usually don't bring anything to the conversation. Some people like the game that's cool. Some hate it and some are in between, that's cool too. The "stop liking what I don't like" posts are unnecessary IMO.

I don't check on a daily basis so idk what all the posts are but not all of the posts are stop liking what I don't like and even then the ones that are usually have a good reason. It is highly repetitive, but imo that's the only way bungie will acknowledge a post. I've played Destiny since the beta and from memory I've seen only a handful of times bungie has actually listened(more accurately acknowledged) to what the players wanted. I bought SWBF2 and have been interacting in their sub reddit and to my surprise DICE has been listening to their player base and has been interacting with them on a MUCH more regular basis than bungie has. They actually take their players feedback seriously and make compromises on what their players want and their vision of balance. They're keeping their players happy, Bungie isn't.

I personally don't think Bungie isn't listening to their players they just listened to the wrong ones it seems. They made the game for the casual fan but the casual fan moves on. Now they have to figure out how to undo what they've done. It's too late for many but they still have to keep trying. If you look at a lot of their decisions, they match up with another very successful game from their parent parent company. Overwatch has loot boxes, seasonal items, reskins up the yin-yang, team shooting, one playlist for quick play, and others that I'm not thinking of. They thought they could push some of these elements into D2 and it has failed miserably. I check pretty frequently to see what is going on. I play for a few hours a week, mostly to raid with my friends who live a few hours away. I agree that the game just isn't fun but I've got no issues with anyone defending it.
