Hey, Just to confirm, you are using the Top Tree (Code of the Fire-Forged) when using Sunbreaker? If so, could you please provide a short video or game-clip of the charged melee attack not applying the defense debuff? Please note that the debuff doesn't appear on the side your screen, it simply allows your weapons to deal more damage to the enemies for a short period of time, and the debuff can be seen as active by a fiery texture on the enemies.
