Hey, I know this has probably been asked before but I just got a PS4 pro and after installing destiny 2 I continually get the same error message. I’ve tried everything I’ve found online to try to remedy this (clearing cache, modem and router reset). Nothing seems to be working and I’m not able to create a mobile hotspot to try that way. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

30 RepliesHello, Thank you for your report. Players may be able to resolve the "Destiny Servers Unavailable" issue by following these steps:
(1) Log out off your PS4™ console ( Log out the account that's having the connection issue). (2) Power down (turn off) your PS4™ console. Then after it's completely off unplug it please. (3) Then go to PlayStation.com via a web browser from your PC or Mac. If you are currently signed in, you must sign out and then sign back in. Confirm you are are signed in. Then log out. If you cannot use a computer you can do it from a phone or tablet but it must be done from a Desktop Site webpage. (3a) From Mobile devices using a web browser For Apple: hold down the refresh button on the URL and click on “Request Desktop Site." For Android: click on the 3 dots on the top right corner click on “Desktop Site." (4) Login and out a second time. Confirm you are are signed in. Then log out again. (5) Go to your PS4™ console, plug it in turn it on, and login.
Please let me know if this works.

2 RepliesI’m having the exact same problem, tried everything suggested numerous times. Just as my salt levels have dropped about this half arsed game and I try to log on to give it another shot this happens, it’s like they don’t even want us to play their game.
