Thank you for the report. If anyone else has success with this please post here.
I'm curious if maybe there's a driver issue at play. Are you using any 3rd party software such as Logitech or Razer Synapse? Are those up to date?

No. My mouse and keyboard are plug and play. I'm not using 3rd party drivers for the PS4 controller. I also have DS4Windows but dont use it.

And are the mouse/keys wired or wireless? (Just ruling things out).
