Honestly, the overall concept is good, the play is fine, but the matchmaking has got to be fixed. You can't expect players who are absolutely terrible at PVP (me w/ a 0.6 K/D) to be worth anything vs a trials pair. In fact, it's only discouraged me from playing any PVP or trying to find a group (once this event is over) to try to get better. I mean, I asked for help on the fireteam forum the other day with Trials and all I got is flamed via Xbox message.
Until the matchmaking is a little more skill-based, I'll stick to pve.

Kind of agree, however as a casual and not someone particularly great, I don't really find a point in only playing with people at my level as I will never get better - I need to lose (and do frequently) to improve and see the skill sets and moves of the good players. I think pvp is basically perseverance, and as a casual I understand I will never be as good at those that continually play, just like most other things in life I suppose where practice makes perfect. I honestly feel more sorry for those in my team than myself because of my inability to keep up ! However, getting killed at spawn point is an absolutely ridiculous, and I have (luckily) only had that a couple of times - but that is something that definitely needs to get fixed. The 2 team player was awesome though for Crimson days - if you were lucky to matched with someone good - great to watch their moves and some were definitely more patient and forgiving than others - but that's to be expected I suppose :)

I have agree with you in that one. The wife gave up her second match when we were pitted against a trials team. No fin iffn ou get wiped as soon as you spawn repeatedly.

Try Reddit or the100.io for an LFG. There are nice people out there who are patient with PVP instruction.

I'll play trials with you 🙃. If posting on Xbox lfg I always caveat that it is for fun and if anything develops from there then great. Usually that keeps the sweaties looking for stacked teams and monster KDs away. It is all about perseverance in trials though. Have to be willing to lose and learn how to play together and most "casuals" don't have time for that so they quit after the first game against a stacked team.

I’d go along with this, hopefully the competitive playlist (when it’s eventually introduced) could be rolled out to trials as well, might get me playing PVP again.
