Im more surprised that actualy Cayde' stash can drop faction weapons also without Faction Rally event running. I got Song of Justice VI (New Monarchy Hakke Scout Rifle) and Three Graves (Dead Orbit AK Pulse Rifle) in same session.

Before factions were even out I got a dead orbit hand canon and in my fireteam my friend got a future war cult pulse rifle. It’s wierd but I love it

That's cause Cayde goes over and swipes them during the Faction Event and hides them in his chest. I hear the Factions are going to put a bounty out for found items.
