Thats been going on with my notebook ever since the Beta. 5 months into it´s release and this problem isn´t fixed yet. I can only play in fullscreen as long as the game does NOT get focus from mouse or keyboard. I can play fullscreen if I launch the game using my Xbox One controller. Not being able to play fullscreen represents 20% drop in FPS. It´s ridiculous they still haven´t fixed it.
