So dirty Bungie muted me for no reason.
You really think you're clever on muting me so people won't be able to read nor reply to my posts. I have the right to post and comment since I bought D2 and it's expansions. I do not think that's legal nor ethical to block the user from the app's features without any explanation.

Chances are you will asked to leave or you will be escorted out regardless of what your ordered. You don't have a legal leg to stand on. Freedom of speech protects your right to say whatever you want but there are consequences for those actions.

1. You are not muted, since we can all see your post. 2. Bungie isn't the Government...so they are not bound by your "First Amendment rights". They are not the least bit obligated to tolerate or permit anything you choose to let (irresponsibly) fly from your mouth. So you are only "free to speak" with respect to them, to the degree to which you are willing to live with the consequences of what you choose to say. 3. This forum is a PRIVATE function...and (in essence) an electronic storefront for Bungie and its business. So they are QUITE free to limit what you can say or do HERE, if they find that your behavior is disruptive. Any questions?

3 RepliesWithout being able to see the actual thread in its entirety, "ethical" is up for debate. The legality side is that they can do pretty much anything they want in these forums. We are nothing more than guests in their house.

8 Repliesuhhhh, 1. you posted therefore are not muted. 2. buying the game & dlc does not give you "rights" to apps features, legally they can remove access for whatever reason they want, ethical or not.
