You can get banned from crucible for simply playing the game *warning to all trials sherpas*
So bungie has this automated system that gives you a crucible restriction if you get too many deserters in trials, I am not sure about the amount but I think it is 4 teams backing out of 7 games can already trigger it.
Bungo says they look at every ban and this is BS not the first time they lie to us. Since there is no mercy in trials anymore most teams dont even bother trying to win when they match good people they just leave right away. And when too many teams right away you can get hit by Bungie's automated system and receive crucible restriction the next daily reset.
To get around this I have to literally lose rounds on purpose to make sure enemy team stays... giving them 2-0 lead and starting to play, not to mention if two teams back out without getting damage on them it will give you a loss in the trials card.
Bungie Please fix all this BS that is happening, also getting DDoS'd every weekend is no fun or running into black screen glitchers in trials...
Getting punished for simply playing the game is a good way to lose rest of your playerbase.

I matched them a few months ago and they did the black screen glitch to kick 2/4 of us I checked other games that week and the weeks previously and any decent teams had dnfs. I sometimes check his recent games to see if bungie ended up banning him, countless reports from me, my teammates and I was surprised to hear my whole clan (they no life trials) knew of him and had reported him before. I'm always mind blown by how they ignore these cheaters. Anyway what I'm getting at is the game you matched him the post game report only shows you and 1 other on your team and that you dnf'd I assume he's still doing it and kicked 2/4 teammates and you and the last one decided to just leave? Or am I mistaken?

Suh Lose bb. Mate, I feel for you... I know why you're still playing this game, but honestly... Why are you still playing this game? For anyone suggesting Lose is cheating, I can assure you first hand that he is not, neither are any of his partners. Bungie once again is using a "scorched earth" approach to things that are "too hard" to deal with in a meaningful way. Instead of pointing the finger at the OP, don't forget who's game it actually is.

It's Bungie's only way of penalizing teams that keep winning so less teams go flawless. The idea of just matchmaking winning teams with winning teams doesn't enter their heads.

I just stayed away from doing Trials anymore. I dont mind people doing carries, but the cheating is ridiculous. And if I may get banned for just trying.... I will avoid even playing it.

We can't lose didn't cheat, he's been a known great player and sherpa since D1. Here's what happens Bungie set up a system where if your opponents DNF or did not finish the match multiple times in a card you get a restriction Why was this done? To try and combat ddos and cheaters who kick players. However the system doesn't take into account teams that just leave when they're getting destroyed. So if a good team loads in and badly beats the enemy the first 2 rounds they may choose to leave early and that will count as the good team potentially being ddosers and getting closer to a restriction. I played 2 cards of trials this week, several teams left when we had the lead, I may get a restriction this reset because of that. I'm not a cheater, one of those quitters was streaming and said "let's get out of here" after round 1. Another I have a recorded a clip of where we beat the enemy team and were playing around with the last one alive. First we chased them without shooting and they just kept running then next round we had them in a corner surrounded just dancing with them and the team decided to leave. So for anyone saying "it's fine, stop whining" or "don't cheat" get the facts. This system detection is another bungie flop, ddosers should 100% get bans, this is punishing legit players alongside them.

Can't name shame cheaters on the forums without getting banned. Said cheaters still cheating since HoW ToO and still not banned. However people actually playing legitimately are getting punished for it.

What triggers me however is that your -blam!-ing purposely losing because simply the other team is too good or whatever? -blam!- that shit, you prove your opponents wrong by FIGHTING them not by purposely dying and making your team lose. That's a huge waste of everyone's time

You saturate LFG with people who say "I have gone flawless," but don't mention that it was a hard carry. Thus we take the person and they don't carry their weight and are an anchor to LFG groups. Don't screw with the matchmaking, let them "git gud" go play competitive playlist until you can keep winning. Find a static to do Trials. Be a good role model and help this community, give people the time and coach them in competitve, don't do the work for them.

Why is the other team backing out when you only have like a 1.0 k/d in games they are backing out? Seems like the other team is only backing out when they are doing well? The whole thing looks suspicious to me.

Oh wow, I didn't know that. I'm not that good of a player, but I play a bunch. I use that emblem that tracks Quickplay wins, and I have a pretty big number on mine. I see people backing out a lot, especially during the loading screen. I always wonder if some of them see that on my emblem, and automatically assume I'm a good player? Well, nope. I just play a lot.
