Manannan sr4 ... Drop Rate
Ive been playing destiny 2 since launch with no breaks in between. 5 months and 126 gunsmith packages later... I have yet to receive the Manannan Sr4. Are you f***ing kidding me Bungie. Constantly getting the same damn weapons over and over again without receiving it even once!!! Its not like I got a couple and then deleted it... ive never gotten it. 296 hours and 53 minutes... thats my total playtime... and I still haven't gotten this weapon. What more do you want me to do Bungie? This is absurd, you could at least have him sell weapons occasionally live every other vendor in the damn game!!

Just adding another voice to the choir here. 3 characters 335 few months of game time and not a single drop. Using FWC's Corrector as an alternative for now but why everything is dropping except this guy I don't know

1 ReplyDear Bungie, At this point, I've probably thrown 6,000 gunsmith materials at Banshee with no Manannan SR4 dropping. I've probably gotten about 25 Agenda-5 pulse rifles and 30 Somerled-D shotguns. How about you go back to Destiny 1 for some inspiration. Remember Armsday, when we could straight up buy different featured weapons every week, instead of having to deal with your bullshit "RNG" system. How about you implement something like that again. This is getting f*cking ridiculous.

8 RepliesBefore you redeem your engrams check to make sure they contain the item you want. If it's not on the list (visible by checking 'Details' of any engram) then don't pick up the engram. Save your materials and turn them in later when the engram actually shows the item you want as a possibility. People forget about being able to see what's inside their engrams but it's a great tool! I think some guns should be hard to get, the game is far to casual friendly as it is, I've got one and it's pretty solid. Just got to keep going.

1 ReplyThe trick to getting it to drop is to stop wanting it. As soon as you truly move on, it'll drop from every single Gunsmith engram.

Same here 355h in to the game 240 engrams across all characters and still no lucky with the manannan. Check the vendors on the planets some of them have omolon weapon for sale at times. Good luck

I got a masterworks and it's great. I like it better than Mida. But yeah, there should be a way to buy it from a vendor.

I got one that I mistakenly deleted thinking it was another trash item and I was on the MIDA quest at the time so it served its purpose. But I have YET to see another one drop. The Osiris dlc screwed that up and I’m certain that it did.

I had the same problem. I kept turning in packages with Banshee every chance I could. No dice. One day when I’d lost hope of ever getting a Mannanan, a masterwork one dropped for me. Don’t give up! Until then, like others have said, Madrugada SR2.
