Why are you still pushing pvp events? The pvp in D2 is deeply unpopular.... Try some pve events, and not this half assed faction war.... While you're at it, add the perk node you removed from all legendary weapons back, bring back all the perks you simply removed from the game, and randomise everything. Then at least the game will have a loot system again....
