After that's done add whatever the -blam!- you want. Realize it or destiny will be shit. Like it already starting to become.

52 RepliesIt’s not enough, not even close enough to make me want to boot up the game. You took a great game in D1 and neutered every aspect of it. I don’t know how much more clear I can be when I say it was a total mistake to tear down the 3 years of Destiny 1 you painstaking built up and replace it with this hollow game. The biggest slap in the face isn’t that you took EVERYTHING away (no random rolls, no enjoyable repeatable events with the promise of infinite combinations of weapons dropping, ruined the loadout system, removed all the skill gap from pvp by slowing it down to a crawl and drastically increasing TTK to make it a team shooter, removing all variability in class perk selection, dumbed down raids, made a lifeless empty world with nothing to do on patrols, no secrets, no reasons to explore, replaced a completely functioning vendor+bounty system with ridiculous tokens, let Eververse take over your game, didn’t fix your server / lag problems, gutted our pre-existing crucible playlists and dumbed them down to the point where we can’t even select our mode, etc...). The biggest slap in the face is that you completely GUTTED all the things that made Destiny 1 fun and [u]a) never told us why, b) clearly have no intention of fixing the fundamental flaws, and c) condescendingly say “we are listening,” “we hear you,” “let us know what you think,” and “give us your feedback.” [/u] We have been clamoring for these major changes since D2 came out and you are just cherrypicking changes instead of addressing these major things we have identified since your game launched 5 months ago. All the big ticket items are not up for debate as you ignore these posts and just focus on the smaller, less impactful stuff. Your game is fundamentally hollow and flat-out not fun at its core. Until that changes (hint: nothing you’ve proposed so far changes any of this) I will not be returning. I will give you the fact that you’ve changed Eververse just enough to get us off your back and are trying to make pvp faster. But that’s like not even close to enough. Can you tell me why you made these ridiculous changes from D1 and is there even a discussion going on in your studio to address any of what I’ve listed? Even if it can’t or won’t be done, can we just put these issues to bed so I can just know whether or not to delete this game from my HDD?

Never seen a dev team so lost of what made this game great which is- PVE. SMH over consistently trying to balance PvP weapons that are too old and dull. Content is key and you have a sand box basically full of 4 hours of depth. Modes absolutely were ignored, ideas from the community ignored, and your still talking about broken weapons that are already in the game. What’s new? Where is the content? Why did you remove all the PVP modes? What happened to sparrow racing? What happened to the raids? What is wrong with your team??

The Roadmap/updates are a lackluster! Had you not removed the random rolls(IMHO) on weapons then players would still be busy looking for those "godly rolls" instead of insulting Bungie/Dev Team in their forum. 😂😂😂 The fault was on you guys and mind you the "blue print" on how to go about Destiny 2 was already in your hands. Instead of evolving from D1, it was devolved into a far less of an inferior game. ...forgot one thing. If you're still able(probably unlikely), revert back to the old weapon system!

Give us actual story driven events with new interesting missions and rich lore

D1 = good game. Fun. Felt i was becoming legend as you intended. D2 = you put luke smith in charge. Nuff said.
