When, exactly, did this happen?

Also this guys nova bomb exploded in huge a.o.e. dealing damage with all three elaments that then sent out seeking child nades.[/quote] And half of the ghosts don't work and the other half don't do anything worth a damn. For example, ghosts that say they give weapon telemetry data for specific types of kills, don't work i have had the exotic ghosts that does this from the Dawning event equipped this whole time and have not received a single telemetry even though i have made hundreds of kills of the appropriate type.
