Because let's be honest the only time I see anything positive in social media about destiny 2 it seems to be written both by Forbes and this Paul Tassi

He's critical but definitely puts it lightly a little too much and a little too often

4 RepliesWho the hell is paul tassi? Serious question. I mean, if youre going to pay somebody off, wouldnt it make sense to actually pay off a dedicated gaming site, as opposed to...some guy from forbes! 😅😅😅 who goes to forbes for gaming news?

I’ve read his stuff and for the most part he provides criticism with regards to D2. I wouldn’t call him a fanboy. I will say that he does a good job of listing his sources when making controversial statements to avoid simply blathering on what his opinion is. He’s a freelance video game writer. Once he grows up and gets some more experience he might land a job at a small town newspaper and actually start making some money for what he’s writing. Overall he has decent skills.

Paul Tassi is a Forbes contributor, basically a freelance journalist who submits articles to Forbes, who publish it. Tbf, he has been quite critical of D1 & 2. But I think majority of his "personal thoughts" on the game are plucked out from either the forum or reddit and paraphrased.
-
Do you read his stuff? He’s very critical of this game.
-
Obviously haven't read all the articles, he slams destiny on a regular basis, I'd say he is one of the more balanced writers and critics of the game.
-
he slams Destiny lots. read more than 1 paragraph next time.
-
I’ve read his articles on Destiny since Y1 of D1 and he has been one of its harshest critics, especially during D1. I admit that he has been more positive with some aspects of D2 but it’s a far cry from the allegations you are making. Go back and read his articles since 2014 and then let me know what you think.

1 ReplyEdited by BobombNik: 2/15/2018 4:33:48 PMNot very much I hope, since I don't know who Paul Tassi is. Also, Forbes has had negative articles about Destiny 2 as well.. so you just keep on seeing what works for your agenda.

25 pence?

2 RepliesTree Fiddy.

Forbes has a contributor section where pretty much anyone can write whatever they want and Forbes opinion section will host it. The ones about destiny aren't usually from their paid writers.
-
Not even 1 serious journalist would write a single positive line about d2, it tells a lot
-
I've actually read some pretty humble things about destiny from Paul...

1 ReplyCrimson days is a joke ghost, sparrow, emote why does all new content happen to be available from tess? You scrubs at bungie have no creativity or imagination when it comes to content hello are you re tard s even reading forums or the population counter for destiny poo

Like most reviewers they have no choice but to kiss the ass of the companies or they won't get early review copies of the game to make money off of. It's not like it was with nintendo power and gamepro where they had enough games coming in that they could afford bad reviews, the game industry has a stranglehold these days over what people can say.
-
I take no info from tassi. Not sure why any gamer would. He speaks to a mainstream casual player base that don't know any better.
-
He's had a ton of critical articles. This one though seems off. Crimson Days is nothing. It's 2v2 in the same old boring game. To praise it like they gave us brand new content is laughable.
-
He writes some good stuff. Not sure what you read but he knocks destiny a bunch recently
-
Tassi is a tool. He jumps on whatever bandwagon that he can get on. Usually he’s all up on Bungie’s dick.

Why would I give some random guy money?
