Sofar i have the following ideas about it.
- 2v2 on the new map is fun, makes a faster paced game and king-of-the-hill type playing due to heavy being in the middle. More close range weapons are being used, like smg and sidearms.
- 2v2 on the bigger 4v4 maps is different playstyle and well by my experience less amusing since there is more evasion maneuvers and less agressive playstyle since you get scout-rifle lane shooting.
- Good to have a PvP event, however unlike IB there are no daily challenges to earn the event-engram.
- Good that PvE has a chance of earning event engrams as well, keeps everybody happy
- Some in my clan find the rewards a bit disapointing because they are not really original in appearance or perks (exception are the emotes, but all in all it's opinion not a real complaint IMO)
- D2 is getting a bit PvP orientated only with all the events, some PvE events would be needed
- Double stacks of shaders because they turn into something different on dismanteling is increasing the Shader problem. (hope the adjustment due 27th feb will fix this)
- Could have been some Valentine-questing like the Xmas gifts where we get to deliver letters or gather ingredients for gifts.
Overall it's a nice event and the tower looks nice.
