That may be why.

Can you please show where you made this purchase so we can see exactly what it is you feel was advertised and you didn't get? The TTK DCE only included the three exotic class items (one for each class when you play it) and the Suros Arsenal Pack (as well as the DLCs), three emotes (one for each class when you play it) and three shaders (available to all classes, receivable from the kiosk). Do note that the emotes and class items are receivable on each class, and to get the emotes, you should go to the emote kiosk while playing the class you want to pick it up with. It looks like your issue is that you didn't get the weapons, please read the following: Early Access weapons would have been received prior to their full release within the game, after which they're received from normal drops within the game itself, and it's WAY past that 'early access' period. The Suros Weapons pack are the green weapons purchasable from the Vangard Quartermaster in the Tower Hangar. They are not given to you for free, you must purchase them within the game. It was not advertised that they'd be given to you, only that you'd have access to them. People without that pack don't get access to them.
