I think that when everyone is moving faster, Pulse Grenades may start to feel less harsh. Right now, everyone is so sluggish you're just kinda stuck there eating it. Let's get that buffed movement speed and then see how everyone feels about it then. I think the game has suffered from enough nerfs already...lets not go there unless we ABSOLUTELY need to.
