Hi, Thank you for your report. Frame rate issues may be resolved by deleting CVARS.xml. To clear CVARS, players must:
1) Close Destiny 2 2) See file directory: \Users\USER_NAME\Appdata\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\ 3) Select and delete the CVARS.xml file in this directory 4) Relaunch Destiny 2
If you still encounter this issue after following these troubleshooting steps, please reply back to this post.

 • Hi I'm having extremely disruptive frame rate/lag since warmind. I was having the issue previously with the go faster update and uninstalling and reinstalling destiny fixed it for the time being, but now it's a permanent problem with warmind. Frame rates are all over the place from 100+ to 10 continuously in every activity and at every even the lowest graphics settings. Although even when the frame rates are reading as high the game is slow and stuttery. Ive even tried doing a clean windows installation, phoned my ISP ( i get 200mb download speeds) but no issues there. I use a wired connection. My drivers are current. I use kill ping to maximise my connection. I'm really at a loss as for what else to try! I'm using an alienware laptop so I don't have the option in the bios to try the hyperthreading solution. My specs are gtx1060 (6gb), i7, 16 gb ddr4 ram, m.2 SSD

 • Hey there Threesmalls.....I just posted a thread about these FPS drops. If you tried higher and lower settings and the result was the same, you have a hyper threading issue. The short answer is - go to BIOS and switch your Hyper Threading off. Using processor affinity won't work, please save yourself time and don't listen to the people saying that. Check out my new thread for more details on how to fix your problem, and why some other popular solutions people give won't work. Good luck!
